Frequently asked questions

Everything you might wonder about topping up your iSend wallet is answered simply.

Q1 How long does it take for funds to appear in my wallet?

Your balance updates the moment your payment is confirmed, no waiting. Whether you use PayPal or Stripe, the amount is reflected in your wallet instantly after the “Payment Done Successfully” screen appears.

Q2 Is there a minimum or maximum top-up amount?

iSend allows flexible top-up amounts to suit your shipping volume. For specific limits, check your account’s Wallet section or contact iSend support at isend.com.au.

Q3 Can I use a credit card without a PayPal account?

Absolutely. Choose Stripe as your payment gateway, it accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and more) without requiring any sign-up.

Q4 Is my payment information secure?

Yes, completely. iSend uses PayPal and Stripe, two of the world’s most trusted payment processors. Your card details are handled entirely by them, never stored on iSend’s servers.

Q5 What if my payment failed, but money was deducted?

This is rare, but if it happens, don’t worry, any failed transaction where money was deducted will typically be reversed by your bank or PayPal within 3–5 business days. If the issue persists, please contact iSend support. With your transaction reference number, they’ll resolve it promptly.

Q6 Can I get a refund on my wallet balance?

Wallet balance refund policies depend on iSend’s current terms and conditions. For the most accurate and up-to-date refund policy, please visit isend.com.au or get in touch with their support team directly.

Q7 Do I need to top up every time I ship?

Not at all. Your wallet balance carries over; you only top up when your balance runs low. Many users add a larger amount upfront so they can book multiple shipments without interruption. It’s a great way to stay ahead, especially during busy periods
