Your fulfillment process becomes faster, cleaner, and scalable.

Key Highlights

Real-Time Order Import

All Shopify orders—including those from stores, social media, or POS—sync automatically into iSend. There’s no need for manual entry, and even pre-orders and backorders are processed quickly.

Lightning-Fast Label Creation

Create shipping labels one at a time or in batches for dozens, hundreds, or thousands of orders. Supported carriers include Australia Post eParcel, DHL Express, FedEx International, and CouriersPlease. Print labels from your desktop or use Zebra and Dymo thermal printers for fast dispatch.

FAQs About iSend Shopify Fulfilment Solution

A Shopify integration connects your online store with external software, apps, or services (like CRM, ERP, or email marketing tools) to add functionality, automate workflows, and synchronise data across different platforms.

The primary methods are using pre-built apps from the Shopify App Store for simple, plug-and-play solutions, or developing custom integrations using Shopify’s robust APIs (REST and GraphQL) and webhooks for more complex, tailored needs.

You can integrate a wide range of systems, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, inventory management tools, email marketing services, accounting software, and various social media platforms.

For most apps in the Shopify App Store, no developer is needed; they offer user-friendly, simple installation and configuration. However, custom integrations or complex ERP/CRM connections often require technical expertise and developer support.

The Shopify API enables external applications to securely access and interact with your store’s data (products, orders, customer information, etc.) programmatically. This enables seamless data exchange and automates business processes.

Common challenges include data mapping and synchronisation errors between systems, performance issues caused by too many apps, and managing updates or version changes to the APIs of integrated platforms.

Security is ensured by using secure authentication methods (such as OAuth for API access), carefully vetting third-party apps, implementing SSL certificates, and utilising strong passwords and two-factor authentication for admin access.

A webhook is a mechanism where Shopify sends real-time data to a specified URL when a specific event occurs, such as an order being placed or a product being updated. This allows other systems to stay instantly updated without constant data polling.

Yes, Shopify supports integration with numerous sales channels like Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon for Shopify order fulfilment. This allows you to manage products, inventory, and orders from a centralised Shopify dashboard.

Shopify offers dashboards, detailed reports, Google Analytics, and marketing apps to help you monitor sales, traffic, customer behaviour, and campaign performance effectively.
